How do I register?

Participants in the 10th Encounter must complete a registration form through the Internet, pay the registration with a bank deposit, and send the form by one of the following: E-mail to (10encontro@uol.com.br), fax to (nº 5511 3285.4951) or mail to (Instituto Patrícia Galvão, Av. Brig. Luiz Antonio, 2050 - cj. 141 B – 01318-002 – São Paulo – SP - Brazil).

The deposit voucher must be sent by e-mail, fax or mail to the Organizing Commission.

Attention! Registration will be effective only at the receipt of the deposit voucher. Payments must be made not later than September 30, 2005.

What is the amount of registration?

As in all Latin American and Caribbean Feminist Encounters, the 10th Encounter is a self-financed event, that is, each participant pays her own expenses. Quantities indicated include registration fees, ground transportation from the city of São Paulo to Serra Negra, accommodations, meals during four days and materials (bag, brochure, pad and pencil).

Attention! : No bank deductions will be accepted. Only registrations with deposits for the amount required will be accepted. All bank rates in the country of origin or elsewhere are of the participant’s responsibility.

Participants who travel with their children must pay the following additional fees:
* For each child from 4 to 6 years old - US$ 70 or € 56 until September 30.
* For each child from 7 to 10 years old - US$89 o € 71 until September 30.

How should registration must be paid?

Registration should be paid by means of a bank deposit.

Important: Deposits will be accepted only until September 30. No direct payments will be accepted at the Encounter location.
